Step 1: Shadow Alchemy & Inner Safety
This is where ASCEND begins.
Before intuition can open and gifts can be trusted, the nervous system needs to feel safe enough to receive. In this phase, we focus on deep inner work to clear the emotional and energetic patterns that have kept you guarded, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.
You’ll be guided through Shadow Alchemy using Quantum Ho’oponopono, inner child and parental pattern healing, angelic support, and gentle dreamwork and reflection practices. The goal is not to “fix” yourself, but to soften what has been holding you in survival so your natural sensitivity can emerge.

You’ll explore intuitive perception, work with supportive trance and visualization practices, and learn how to recognize genuine guidance versus mental noise, all while staying anchored in your body.

By this point, you’ll have embodied the inner work and intuitive foundations enough to feel what your next step truly is. Some participants feel called to begin practicing holding space for others. Others feel guided to continue receiving, integrating, and deepening trust in themselves.
Inside this phase, you get to choose.
Those who feel ready may step into the role of practitioner, learning how to guide Quantum Ho’oponopono healing sessions with live support and gentle feedback. Those who don’t feel called to practice yet (or at all) can choose to remain as practice clients, receiving 1:1 healing and integration within the live container.
Both paths are fully honoured and equally valuable.

How do I know if ASCEND is right for me?
ASCEND is for intuitive, sensitive, and spiritually aware people who feel called to deepen their inner work, trust their intuition, and move through real transformation in a live, held container.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You do need to be willing to show up, be present, and engage honestly with yourself. ASCEND is especially supportive if you’ve already done some inner work but feel ready for a deeper, more embodied level of integration and trust.

Do I need to be a coach or have a business to join?
No. ASCEND is not a business program.
Some people feel called to eventually hold space, offer healing, or guide others. Others join purely for personal healing, integration, and self-trust. Both paths are welcome and fully supported.
There is no requirement to practice, teach, or share your gifts publicly.
Do I have to decide now if I want to be a practitioner?
No.
During the final phase of ASCEND, you’ll be invited to choose how you want to participate in live practice sessions. You can step into the practitioner role or choose to receive sessions as a practice client.
Both roles are equally valuable. There is no pressure to decide in advance.
When are the live calls?
Live ASCEND calls take place once per month beginning:
June 9th

With the call times alternating between 11 am and 5pm each month or dependent on a vote from participants.
All calls are recorded, and replays are available with lifetime access.
What if I can’t attend live?
You’re still fully supported.
All calls are recorded and uploaded to the portal, and you’ll receive replay access even if you can’t attend live. The container is designed so you can benefit whether you’re live or integrating in your own rhythm.
Is this trauma-informed? Will it feel safe?
Yes. ASCEND is held with nervous-system awareness, emotional sensitivity, and respect for personal pacing.
While this is not therapy and does not replace professional mental health support, you’ll be guided with grounding, regulation, and integration practices, and you are always encouraged to honour your own limits and timing.
How much time do I need each week?
You need to set aside around 90-120 minutes per week to complete the program within 12 weeks.
Can I go at my own pace or revisit the content later?
Yes. You’ll have lifetime access to the ASCEND portal, call replays, and included resources, so you can revisit the material whenever it supports your growth.
What is the refund policy?
Because ASCEND includes immediate access to digital content, live calls, and energetic work, all sales are final.
