I created the Light Leader Immersion because I noticed a pattern among the high-level visionaries I guide. From the outside, you have it all: the success, the stability, the momentum.

I built a fast-moving career in London as a movement and yoga teacher, working with hundreds of clients and expanding quickly… but realised that success without nervous system support wasn’t sustainable. That shift led me into the work I now guide others through - creating a new way of living and leading rooted in regulation, clarity, and intuitive alignment. Over the past decade, I’ve supported thousands of clients through retreats, group programs, and deep transformation spaces… helping them reconnect with themselves and step into their next level with clarity and conviction.
