Terms & Conditions – Nova Vita Retreats

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made for retreats hosted by Nova Vita. By securing your place on a retreat, you agree to the following terms.

2. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. Your space is only confirmed once payment has been received.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all remaining payments within the agreed timeframe.

Failure to complete payments may result in the loss of your place without refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the limited number of spaces and the nature of this experience:

• All deposits are non-refundable

• Full payments are non-refundable

If you are unable to attend, you may:

• Transfer your place to another person (subject to approval)

• Request to transfer your payment to a future retreat (subject to availability)

All transfer requests must be made in writing.

4. Retreat Changes & Cancellations

Nova Vita reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, facilitators, or location if necessary.

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by Nova Vita, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. Nova Vita is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (such as flights or travel expenses).

5. Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for:

• Booking their own flights and travel arrangements

• Arranging appropriate travel insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Health & Personal Responsibility

By attending the retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate.

You agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during the retreat.

If you have any medical or psychological conditions that may affect your participation, you must inform us in advance.

7. Liability Waiver

Nova Vita and its facilitators are not liable for:

• Any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the retreat

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Any travel disruptions or external circumstances beyond our control

By attending, you accept full responsibility for your participation.

8. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants:

• Respect for others is required at all times

• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without refund

9. Media & Content

During the retreat, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.

10. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for communication related to your booking and retreat experience.

11. Agreement

By securing your place on a Nova Vita retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
